将荒管轧制成管子的三辊轧管机是生产轴承管,壁厚精度较高的管子以及其他用途管子的主要工艺装备之一。三辊轧管机的工作决定了轧机以及整个车间的生产率,并对产品的质量,特别是所轧管子的精度以及切头大小有直接影响,切头大小又决定了金属的消耗系数。电钢城重型机械联合企业研制的新三辊轧管机安装在李卜克内西厂,并已成功地投入使用。老式三辊轧管机有一系列缺点:换辊麻烦,变形区刚度小,一些主要部件使用寿命短,机架导向板磨损快等。新的三辊轧管机克服了这些缺点。除此而外,对转鼓机构也做了改进,使轧辊的喂入角能在轧制时进行精确的调整和改变。甚至在回转时转鼓也始终压在机架的导轨上。轧制中能改变喂入角的工作机架(轧制管子尾部时的喂
