第三次全国连铸工作会议今天召开了。这次会议是继1988年、1990年两次连铸工作会议之后,连铸生产建设取得了较好成绩,并面临保持高速增长艰巨任务的形势下召开的。会议的主要任务是贯彻党的十三届七中全会精神和刚刚结束的1991全国冶金工作会议精神,总结“七五”连铸生产技术发展的成绩、经验和问题,研究“八五”连铸生产技术的思路,安排1991年连铸生产建设任务,进一步落实现有连铸机在今明两年中改造、达产、挖潜的计划和措施。当然这次会议也是搞好质量、品种、效益年活动的重要内容之一。
The third national continuous casting work conference was held today. This conference was held after the continuous casting work conference in 1988 and 1990 and the continuous casting production and construction achieved good results and was facing the arduous task of maintaining rapid growth. The main task of the conference is to implement the spirit of the 7th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee and the just-concluded 1991 National Metallurgical Working Conference, summarizing the achievements, experiences and problems in the “Seventh Five-Year” continuous casting production technology development and studying the “Eighth Five-Year” continuous casting Production technology ideas, arrange continuous casting production and construction tasks in 1991 to further implement the existing continuous casting machine in the next two years, transformation, production and potential plans and measures. Of course, this meeting is also an important part of doing a good job of quality, variety and profit-making activities.
