输液微粒危害不仅来源于输液制备的全过程,而且也来自输液器具,输液时配伍的各种药物、静注用小剂量的针剂、抗生素及药物配伍后的变化。因此,在输液器终端增加一个滤器作为最后消除微粒的安全措施确有必要。对终端滤器的要求是,可滤除一定径度的微粒,无毒、无热原、无碎屑脱落,不应影响静注用药物的含量,至少不应影响治疗用剂量,尤其是对某些静注微量剧药含量。为此我们选择了中国药典(1977年版)收载的几种一次给药量在100mg以下的、大部份药品在紫外区有吸收的静注药物,作了过滤前后药物
