本文探讨了由于主偏角减小而出现上向弯曲非折断区域的形成机理。指出随主偏角的减小,其非折断区域将进一步扩大,切屑外径的减小是其不折断的主要原因。
In this paper, we discuss the formation mechanism of upward bend and non-breakage region due to the decrease of main dip angle. It is pointed out that with the declination of the main declination angle, the non-broken area will be further enlarged, and the reduction of chip outer diameter is the main reason that it does not break.
