本刊讯 近日,山东省政府发出《关于加强职业培训提高城乡劳动者就业能力的通知》。该通知在六个方面提出了明确的要求:一、各级政府要切实承提起职业培训的重要职责;二、统筹各类培训教育资源,提高培训工作整体效益;三、积极探索建立以就业为导向的市场培训机制;四、切实加强企业在职职工培训工作;五、突出抓好农村劳动力转移培训;六、进一步加强技能人才队伍建设。其中重视企业在职职工培训和农村劳动力转移培训是两大亮点,现摘发如下:
Recently, the Shandong provincial government issued “on strengthening vocational training to improve the employability of urban and rural workers notice.” The notice put forward specific requirements in six aspects: First, governments at all levels should effectively undertake the important duties of vocational training; secondly, co-ordinate various training and education resources to enhance the overall effectiveness of training; Third, actively explore the establishment of employment Oriented market training mechanism; Fourth, conscientiously strengthen the training of in-service staff; Fifth, give prominence to the transfer of rural labor force training; Sixth, to further strengthen the building of skilled personnel. Among them, the emphasis on on-the-job training of employees and the transfer of labor in rural areas are two major highlights. The following are the highlights of the survey:
