《制冷学报》1982年第3期刊登吴全恩同志《冷藏库建筑围护结构“经济传热阻”的计算》一文。下面谨就读后提出个人学习心得和想法,与吴同志交流。 1.经济传热阻应当从基本建设与日常经营管理二种不同角度去分析。前者涉及土地面积,隔热材料供应及施工条件,要求容量,以及增加投资可能性。后者涉及日常运转费用,动力供应情况,再把二者综合起来一起考虑。即一般所说土建(主要是指隔热)设备一次投资所构成的利息与折旧,与制冷日常运行费用(一般在我国目前还是以电费为最大可变数),
“Refrigeration Journal” No. 3 of 1982 published Comrade Wu Quan’en “cold storage building envelope structure” economic heat transfer “calculation” one article. Hereafter, I would like to propose my own personal learning experiences and thoughts after school, and communicate with Comrade Wu. 1. Economic heat transfer resistance should be analyzed from two different perspectives of capital construction and daily operation and management. The former deals with land area, supply of insulation materials and construction conditions, capacity requirements, and increased investment possibilities. The latter involves the daily operation costs, power supply situation, then the two together to consider. That is generally said civil construction (mainly refers to the insulation) equipment, an investment made of interest and depreciation, and the daily operating costs of refrigeration (usually in China is still the largest variable electricity)
