为搞好兵团农牧团场“三讲”教育,根据兵团党委的整体部署,在师局院校开展“三讲”教育的同时,兵团“三讲”办派巡视组分赴部分团场,进行了团场“三讲”教育试点工作。这里刊登的两篇稿件,是根据兵团赴一四一团和二十三团巡视组开展试点工作的经验总结整理的,对即将全面铺开的团场“三讲”教育具有一定的借鉴作用。
