在广西进行异常血红蛋白研究时普查6个民族共计17703人,其中有10个快速异常血红蛋白,全部进行了家系调查,共计48个成员有与先证者相同的异常Hb,其电泳行为属于K组,Hb稳定性轻度降低,Hb化学结构分析证实为β链113位(G15)的缬氨酸被谷氨酸所取代,除1例汉族外,其他9例的苗、毛南、侗、仫佬及京族中的HbNewYork是在上述民族中首先发现的变异体,例10为HbNewYork复合HbE双重杂合子是世界文献上未见报道的新型双重杂合子
Abnormal hemoglobin study in Guangxi when the total of 17,703 people surveyed 6 ethnic groups, of which 10 cases of rapid abnormal hemoglobin, all conducted a pedigree investigation, a total of 48 members with the proband the same abnormal Hb, the electrophoresis belongs to the K group, Hb stability was slightly decreased, Hb chemical structure analysis confirmed that valine at position 113 (G15) of β chain was replaced by glutamic acid. Except for 1 Han nationality, the other 9 cases of seedlings, Maonan, Dong, Gelao and HbNewYork in Kyrgyzstan is the first variant found in these ethnic groups.
