采购活动是事业单位经营活动中最大的成本领域,采购质量与效率的高低在很大程度上决定着事业单位最终价值和竞争力。政府采购在我国还是一个比较新的领域,对于事业单位物资采购工作的研究尤显薄弱。属于政府采购范畴的事业单位物资采购,是一项管理活动,其间决策是经常发生的一种行为。如何将有关的方法使用于采购的决策中,使采购的过程更科学,采购的效率更高,采购的结果更可靠,是每一个采购工作者应该思考的问题。
Procurement activities are the largest cost areas in the business activities of institutions. The quality and efficiency of procurement largely determine the ultimate value and competitiveness of institutions. Government procurement in our country is still a relatively new area, the study of the procurement of materials for institutions is particularly weak. Procurement of materials belonging to the government procurement category is a management activity, during which decision-making is a frequent occurrence. How to use the method in the procurement decision-making, make the procurement process more scientific, the procurement more efficient and the procurement result more reliable, is every purchasing worker should think the question.
