莫斯科古比雪夫建筑工程学院胶结料及混凝土工艺学教研室研制出一种普通的快硬胶结料——石灰-火山灰硅酸盐水泥。其制造方法是将熟料、石灰和活性矿物掺料混合磨细。熟料含量可波动于胶结料总重量的25—85%之间。石灰-火山灰硅酸盐水泥的特性是硬化初期强度增长快,龄期为1天的混凝土可达标号强度的25—35%,3天达到60—70%,而7天达到90%左右。龄期28天的石灰-火山灰硅酸盐水泥的活性(随胶结料的组成不同而不同)超过原硅酸盐水泥活性的20—85%。在莫斯科古比雪夫建筑工程学院和莫斯科市住宅及民用建筑总局第一房屋建筑联合企业
An ordinary quick-hardening cement, Lime-Pozzolanic Portland Cement, was developed at the Department of Cementing and Concrete Technology at the Kuibyshev School of Architecture and Engineering in Moscow. It is manufactured by mixing clinker, lime and active mineral admixtures. The clinker content can fluctuate between 25-85% of the total weight of the binder. Lime-Pozzolanic Portland Cement is characterized by rapid growth of initial strength during hardening. The concrete with a 1-day age can reach 25-35% of the marking strength, reach 60-70% in 3 days, and reach 90% in 7 days. The 28-day lime-pozzolanic Portland cement activity (which varies with the composition of the binder) exceeds 20-85% of the original Portland cement activity.
