液力缓速器是一些大型车辆中一种重要的辅助制动机构。针对缓速器内流场进行了创新设计与建模仿真,并在为缓速器独立设计的试验台架上进行了试验。在定性控制缓速器内充液状态的基础上测试不同转速、不同充液率下的制动力矩,并与软件计算结果进行对照,为缓速器设计提供了理论依据。
Hydrodynamic retarder is an important auxiliary brake mechanism in some large vehicles. An innovative design and modeling simulation of the flow field inside the retarder was carried out. Experiments were carried out on a test stand independently designed for the retarder. The qualitative analysis of the retarder filled with liquid on the basis of the test speed, different filling rate of the braking torque, and compared with the software calculation results provide a theoretical basis for the design of retarder.
