目的探讨老年肺结核合并下呼吸道感染病原菌种类及抗生素的选择。方法对我院2013年4月至2014年6月收治的60例老年肺结核合并下呼吸道感染的病例进行回顾性分析。结果老年肺结核合并下呼吸道感染临床表现不典型,经痰普通菌培养及纤维支气管镜吸痰培养发现肺部感染病原菌以肺炎球菌、厌氧菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、真菌感染为主。结论老年肺结核合并下呼吸道感染的患者病原菌混合感染为主,多以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,其次真菌和厌氧菌感染多见,病原菌耐药率较高,降低耐药性,抗生素使用范围变小,需要规范抗生素的使用。
