目的探讨二维、三维超声结合对减少出生缺陷的价值。方法通过二维、三维超声结合对6123例孕18~37周孕妇的胎儿进行系统筛查。结果在6123例胎儿中,共发现先天性畸形30例,经与引产或分娩结果对比,临床诊断符合率为94%;漏诊2例,漏诊率为6%。结论二维、三维超声结合能清晰、逼真、直观、准确显示胎儿体表及内脏器官,对减少出生缺陷,提高人口素质具有极其重要的价值。
Objective To explore the value of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in reducing birth defects. Methods A total of 6123 fetuses of pregnant women aged 18-37 weeks were systematically screened by 2D and 3D ultrasound. Results In 6123 fetuses, 30 cases of congenital malformations were found. According to the result of induction or delivery, the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis was 94%. There were 2 cases missed diagnosis, the rate of missed diagnosis was 6%. Conclusion Two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound combined can clearly, vividly, directly and accurately display fetal body surface and internal organs, which have extremely important value in reducing birth defects and improving population quality.
