自主学习既是一种主动的学习过程,也是一种重要的教学方法。在自主学习过程中,教师要予以科学的指导,充分发挥学生的主体作用,激发学生的学习兴趣,树立学生自信心,多鼓励、少指责,引导学生实现要我学、我要学、我能学的观念转变,使学生能独立地、有效地展开学习活动。笔者认为,为了培养学生的自主学习能力,教师要做好以下四个方面的工作:
