庞陈敏:男,1965年10月出生于浙江天台,中共党员,研究生学历,长江商学院高级管理人员工商管理(EMBA)硕士。现任国家减灾委员会办公室副主任、民政部国家减灾中心党委书记和救灾司副司长。长期从事自然灾害应急管理、综合减灾、防灾备灾、灾害救助、恢复重建、社会动员以及减灾救灾国际交流合作等方面的政策制定和组织实施。
Pang Chenmin: male, born in October 1965 in Tiantai, Zhejiang Province, member of the Communist Party of China, a graduate degree, Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Currently, he is the deputy director of the office of the State Disaster Reduction Commission, the party secretary of the National Disaster Reduction Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the deputy director of the disaster relief department. Has long been engaged in the formulation and implementation of policies for emergency management of natural disasters, comprehensive disaster mitigation, disaster prevention and preparedness, disaster relief, restoration and reconstruction, social mobilization and international exchange and cooperation in disaster mitigation and relief.
