管理的重要问题之一是调动人的积极性。人的积极性是与需要相联系,由人的动机推动的。只有了解人的需要和动机、才能预测进而引导人的行为,调动人的积极性。每一个园长都愿意使全体教职工在工作中充分发挥积极性、主动性和创造性。然而在实际工作中常常会出现教职工的需要得不到满足,与园长发生抵触情绪的情况,给工作带来损失。其原因,主要是园长在用人时只注重利用外力因素,强制教职工提高工作效率,而不注意给予其精神上和物质上的关心;或者园长没有博大的心胸,没有赢得群众的信赖。现代的管理方式应是以激励为手段,即物质鼓励和精神鼓励相结合的方式,满足不同层次教职工的需要,以
