抗菌药物在继发胰腺感染的防治中具有十分重要的地位,其疗效决定于抗菌药物能否在胰腺达到治疗浓度。该研究通过对10例胰十二指肠切除患者术中切除的胰组织和术后胰管内置管获得的纯胰液,用高效液相色谱法分别测定环丙沙星和头孢哌酮在血清、胰组织及胰液中的浓度。结果显示:环丙沙星和头孢哌酮的平均胰液渗透率分别是44%和17%,两药在胰腺中的浓度均在大多数胰腺感染致病菌的MIC-90以上,表明环丙沙星和头孢哌酮可用于防治继发胰腺感染
Antimicrobial drugs in the prevention and treatment of secondary pancreatic infection has a very important position, the efficacy depends on the antimicrobial drugs can reach the therapeutic concentration in the pancreas.
