结节病又称类肉瘤病,是一种原因不明的全身性肉芽肿性疾患,本病在国内少见,我科1988年4月收治一例颌颈部多发性淋巴结节病,报告如下: 患者,李×,女,20岁,因两侧颌颈部多发性肿块无痛生长两年入院。二年前患者偶然发现双侧颌颈部多发性蚕豆大小肺块,无痛,质软,当地用青霉素抗炎治疗无效,且逐渐长大,于今年来我院求治入院。患者平素健康,家族中无同类疾患。体检:全身体格检查无异常。
