目的 :应用细胞化学染色诊断急性混合性白血病 (AHL)。方法 :1 0种细胞化学染色方法。结果 :AHL POX和 SBB可表现阳性 ,但阳性率均较低 ,以 <1 0 %为主。PAS染色可呈粗颗粒、珠状和块状或部分细胞呈细颗粒 ,部分粗颗粒、小珠。双克隆型髓系粒细胞和单核细胞的鉴别主要观察 POX阳性物分布及单核反应较强的 NSE、NBE、ACP。结论 :AHL是淋巴细胞和髓细胞共同累及的一组疾病 ,单纯形态学诊断准确率为 8.7% ,结合细胞化学染色可提高到 5 5 .6 %。POX、SBB和 CE主要表达髓细胞 ,5 0 % AHL 可以表达阳性 ,PAS染色主要表达淋系特点 ,二者结合可初步诊断 AHL,再结合POX酶型及单核反应强的酯酶染色 ,来区别粒淋型和单淋型
Objective: To diagnose acute mixed leukemia (AHL) by cytochemical staining. Methods: Ten kinds of cytochemical staining methods. Results: AHL POX and SBB showed positive, but the positive rate was low, <10%. PAS staining can be coarse particles, beads and lumps or some cells were fine particles, some coarse particles, beads. Identification of dual clonal myeloid granulocytes and monocytes Mainly observe the distribution of POX positives and strong single nuclear reaction NSE, NBE, ACP. CONCLUSION: AHL is a group of diseases that lymphocytes and myeloid cells commonly involve. The accuracy of morphological diagnosis is 8.7%, and the combined cytochemical staining can be increased to 55.6%. Myeloid cells were mainly expressed in POX, SBB and CE, positive in 50% AHL, positive staining in PAS staining, the combination of the two could be used to diagnose AHL, combined with POX enzyme type and strong single esterase staining Difference between pelvic and pelvic type
