双胎妊娠的围生儿死亡率比单胎高,母体并发症亦较多,我院1983年1月～1988年12月收治93例双胎孕妇,本文着重分析围生病态率及死亡率有关因素,从而采取适当防治措施。 1 一般资料 6年中我院分娩总数9879例,其中双胎93例,双胎妊娠发生率为1:106,比Hellin统计的1:89略低。初产妇72人,经产妇21人,属我院划区医疗经临床检查或B超确诊45例,并进行定期产前监护,一旦出现异常,即住院治疗,来自农村48例,大多数因临产,胎膜早破或并发妊高征来院急诊,均无产前监护。胎方位头头32人,头臀或臀头50人,臀臀9人,头横或臀横2人,由此可见双胎妊娠多为纵产式。
