吸水树脂是一种新型高分子材料,由于其广泛的应用,近年来受到社会的广泛关注。淀粉接枝型吸水性树脂具有原料易得、生产成本低、环境兼容性好、使用方便等优点,被广泛应用于众多领域,同时用廉价的淀粉参与聚合可以降低生产成本,增加了经济效益能。本文以玉米淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,制备淀粉接枝共聚丙烯酰胺吸水树脂,并研究了反应时间和温度,交联剂用量,水解时间等因素对制得的吸水树脂吸水率的影响。
Water-absorbing resin is a new type of polymer materials, due to its wide range of applications, in recent years by the community wide attention. Starch grafted water-absorbent resin is widely used in many fields because of its advantages of easy-to-obtain raw materials, low production cost, good environmental compatibility, easy to use, etc. Meanwhile, cheap starch can reduce the production cost and increase economic benefits . In this paper, starch graft copolymerization acrylamide water absorbent resin was prepared by using corn starch and acrylamide as raw materials, N, N ’methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate as initiator, and the reaction time and temperature, The amount of crosslinking agent, hydrolysis time and other factors on the water absorption of the absorbent resin.
