目前腱病模型主要采用机械刺激和药物诱导的方法,不同建模方法各有优点与不足,机械刺激方法符合腱病病因,产生的变化也类似于人类腱病的变化,但成本较高,且仅在一定部位造模成功。药物诱导模型相对来说易造模、重复性好、成本低,应用较为广泛,但由于其产生了一些不同于人类腱病的病理变化等,目前还存在一些质疑。建议研究者可根据研究目的进行建模。
