随着教育改革的逐步深入,教育观念不断革新,教育方法日渐多样化。教育水平和教学效果已经受到全社会的广泛关注。提高教学效率已成为广大教师一切工作的出发点。我认为在教育关系的诸多因素中教师与学生的关系是最重要的一对矛盾对立统一体,师生关系是否良好、健康、和谐,直接影响到教育教学效果的好坏。因此,建立和谐良好的师生关系在英语有效教学中可起到事半功倍的作用。
With the gradual deepening of education reform, the concept of education has been constantly updated and the methods of education have been increasingly diversified. The level of education and teaching effectiveness have drawn widespread public concern. Improve teaching efficiency has become the starting point for all teachers work. I think the relationship between teachers and students is the most important contradiction and opposition between teachers and students. Whether the relationship between teachers and students is good, healthy and harmonious will directly affect the quality of education and teaching. Therefore, building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students can play a multiplier role in effective English teaching.
