以往多年来,企业卫生保健工作,由于受单纯生物医学模式所形成的传统观念的影响,也仿照医院的工作程序,只是被动地进行门诊医疗,小病问病开药,大病转院开假。所不同的是,医院诊治重症和疑难病症,保健站诊治轻症和易诊病症,日久天长,结果就形成了这种天经地义的社会分工。没有形成自身的特色,没有明确预防这一主攻方向,没有抓住群体保健这一根本问题,结果是辛辛苦苦,成绩不大,地位日低。由于职工健康的损害给企业和社会所带来的经济负担和压力逐年增长。欲摆脱这种被动局面的重要
In the past, corporate health care work has been modeled on the hospital’s work procedures because of the traditional concept formed by a simple biomedical model. It is only passively conducting outpatient medical treatment, asking patients to take medications for minor illnesses, and transferring major illnesses to hospitals. The difference is that hospitals treat serious and intractable illnesses, and health stations diagnose and treat mild and prone illnesses. As time goes by, the result is a social division of labor that is justified.
