目的:研究重组白细胞介素2(rIL- 2) 对下丘脑- 垂体- 肾上腺轴的作用。方法:采用rIL- 2 静脉注入(B组注入前用抗- CRH 血清预处理) ,测定注入rIL- 2 后不同时间CRH,ACTH 及CORT 血浆含量变化。结果:rIL- 2 可使不同水平的CRH,ACTH,CORT 血浆含量升高(A 组)( P< 0-01) ,当预先注入抗- CRH 血清后ACTH、CORT 的升高不被阻断(B 组) 。结论:rIL- 2 对HPAA 的激活作用不是通过CRH 介导的
AIM: To investigate the effect of recombinant interleukin-2 (IL-2) on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Methods: The plasma levels of CRH, ACTH and CORT at different time after rIL - 2 injection were measured by rIL - 2 intravenous injection (group B before anti - CRH serum pretreatment). Results: Plasma levels of CRH, ACTH and CORT at different levels were increased by rIL-2 (group A) (P <0-01). The increase of ACTH and CORT was not blocked after pretreatment with anti-CRH serum Group B). Conclusion: The activation of rAAV-2 on HPAA is not mediated by CRH
