对外承包工程与劳务合作是从全球生产价值链的角度合理配置资源,通过工程承包项目带动技术、管理、设备和劳务等输出,在不同地域、不同行业谋求发展。因而,对外承包工程与劳务合作以间接和直接的形式促进了劳务输出。通过劳务输出不仅增加了国家外汇收入,还解决了部分人员的就业问题,增加了个人收入,是利国利民的好事。
Foreign contracted projects and labor service cooperation allocate resources reasonably from the perspective of the global production value chain, and drive output of technology, management, equipment and labor services through project contracting projects, and seek development in different regions and industries. Therefore, the cooperation between foreign contracted projects and labor services has promoted the export of labor services in an indirect and direct manner. The export of labor services not only increases the country’s foreign exchange earnings, but also solves some of the staff’s employment problems and increases personal income. This is a good thing to benefit the country and the people.
