廖××,女,28岁,住院号33093。入院前1月不慎从自行车上摔下,右颞侧头部着地,当时觉头昏,摔伤处皮肤发红,无意识丧失,未觉视物不清,次日,右眼眶周围、颞侧头皮及眼睑肿胀、青紫,不能视物。厂卫生所医生用注射器抽出颞侧皮下积血,口服三七片等。以后皮肤肿胀渐消退。伤后1周上班,在冲压零件时,发现右眼视物不清,眼前似有膜状物遮盖,无眼球转动疼。厂卫生所诊断为结膜炎,于氯霉素眼药水滴眼,肌注青霉素,视物不清无改善,伤后20余天始来我院眼科诊
