本实验采用正交设计法,以聚苯乙烯模拟中间罐钢水中非金属夹杂物的行为与加电解质电导率法测定钢水在罐内停留时间为指标,确定挡墙出流半圆孔径35mm,挡墙与矮墙间距100mm,矮墙高度130mm,挡墙之间间距800mm,液面高度400m 为最佳参数,取得钢水在罐内停留时间比无挡墙延长36~137s,模拟钢水中夹杂物上浮率为99.37%,比无挡墙降低钢中夹杂物60%。
