前列腺素E_1(简称PGE_1)是副产品,但得量不少。最近南京药学院、南京生物化学制药厂等以PGE_1结晶品试用于中期妊娠引产146例,成功率96.58%,和PGE_2一样,效果肯定,安全可靠,为扩大PGE_1临床用途提供前景。给药方法采用宫腔内羊膜囊外给药方法操作常规与PGE_2相同。将PGE_1结晶溶于无水乙醇,过滤除菌,灌封。经无菌、热源和安全试验合格,置冰箱保存备用。用时以无菌碳酸钠溶液调pH 至中性(助溶),以无菌生理盐水稀释至所需浓度,每次给药剂量300微克,每2小时重复一次直至流产。于灌注PGE_13
