Cu-ZSM-5和Cu-ZSM-11在催化、环保等行业有着广泛的应用。通常人们采用常规离子交换法改性Na ZSM-5和Na ZSM-11来制备Cu-ZSM-5和Cu-ZSM-11。常规的离子交换法存在制备周期长、晶体结构易破坏和制备成本高等缺点。本论文尝试利用微波辐照离子交换法制备Cu-ZSM-5和Cu-ZSM-11。我们发现微波辐照下离子交换的时间只需要常规离子交换时间的几十分之一,而且,微波辐照会破坏制备所得样品的晶体结构。这种操作简单、制备效率高的新方法以期尽快被推广用于Cu分子筛的制备。
Cu-ZSM-5 and Cu-ZSM-11 in the catalytic, environmental protection and other industries have a wide range of applications. Generally, Cu-ZSM-5 and Cu-ZSM-11 are prepared by modifying Na ZSM-5 and Na ZSM-11 by conventional ion exchange methods. Conventional ion exchange has the disadvantages of long preparation period, easy destruction of crystal structure and high preparation cost. In this dissertation, Cu-ZSM-5 and Cu-ZSM-11 were prepared by microwave irradiation ion exchange method. We found that the time required for ion exchange under microwave irradiation was only a fraction of the time required for conventional ion exchange and that the microwave irradiation destroyed the crystal structure of the resulting sample. This new method is simple to operate and has high preparation efficiency, so as to be popularized as soon as possible for the preparation of Cu molecular sieve.
