通过图形说明气门座镗床气浮台工作过程和原理,探讨气浮工作台偏移工作时气体质量流量计算,对4个区进行积分处理,分别算出通过4个截面的气体质量流量m1、m2、m3、m4,然后算出从边界流出大气的总质量流量M和承载力W(为环面节流,凹腔中的压力为供气压力po)。最后利用MATLAB进行模拟气门座镗床气浮工作台工作时的承载力、刚度和气体流量并输出曲线结果,从而为各种设计提供合理参数选择。
The working process and principle of the valve seat boring machine flotation platform are illustrated through graphically. The calculation of gas mass flow in the flotation stage work is discussed. The four sections are integrated, and the gas mass flow through the four sections m1, m2, m3, m4, and then calculate the total mass flow rate M and the bearing capacity W (the annular throttling, the pressure in the cavity is the supply pressure po) out of the atmosphere from the boundary. Finally, using MATLAB to simulate the bearing seat boring machine flotation workbench bearing capacity, stiffness and gas flow and output curve results, so as to provide a reasonable choice for a variety of design parameters.
