低碳沸腾钢W08F用A1化学封顶的11.2吨扁锭轧成0.20~0.28mm厚的镀锡原板。当初轧开坯成断面为250×1100~1150mm规格的板坯,切头按规定4%剪切时,往往由于断面疏松和呈“舌”状等缺陷还需要继续剪切,直至切净为止。在82年W08F钢平均切头率竞达9.24%,其中切头率大于16%的占6.53%。切头率高,不仅增加切头废品,而且钢坯的长度还不能保证1700热轧机所需最短定尺4000mm长的要求。在82年不足定尺钢坯就有8.40%,主要是在钢坯剪切过程中常出“舌”状形貌的剪口断面而增加切头废品。为了提高W08F钢供热轧的成坯率、减少切头废品,对“舌”状断面缺陷进行了剖析和成因机理,进行了初步
Low-Carbon Boiling Steel W08F The A1 chemical-capped 11.2-ton slab was rolled into a 0.20 to 0.28-mm thick tin plate. At the beginning, the blank with a cross section of 250 × 1100 ~ 1150mm was rolled. When cutting 4% of the slab according to the stipulation, it often needs to be sheared until the net is cut due to the defect of the cross section and the “tongue” shape. In 1982, the average cutting rate of W08F steel reached 9.24%, of which 6.53% was higher than 16%. The high rate of head cutting increases not only the crop head waste, but also the length of the billet does not guarantee the minimum length 4000 mm required for the 1700 hot rolling mill. In the 82 years, there were 8.40% of the billet with less than a certain length, which is mainly due to the increase of the cutting waste due to the “tongue” shape in the billet shearing process. In order to improve the blank forming rate of W08F steel hot rolling and reduce the waste of cutting head, the tongue-shaped section defects were analyzed and the formation mechanism was preliminary
