对93WNiFe板坯的烧结和热处理工艺进行了研究,主要讨论了烧结温度和热处理工艺对板坯轧制性能的影响。结果表明:真空预结有利于减少残余气孔,提高板坯密度和强度,有利于加工;对用于轧制的93WNiFe板坯的烧结,减少残余气孔、采用较高的烧结温度、采用较慢速度冷却,能获得较好的板坯轧制性能;烧结坯料的热处理有利于提高轧制性能。在材料到达产生裂纹的加工率前,及时地对材料进行热处理,使粘接相充分扩散而使裂纹弥合。
The sintering and heat treatment of 93WNiFe slab were studied. The effects of sintering temperature and heat treatment on the rolling performance of the slab were discussed. The results show that the vacuum pre-knot is beneficial to reduce the residual porosity, increase the density and strength of the slab, which is beneficial to the processing. For the sintering of the 93WNiFe slab used for rolling, the residual porosity is reduced, the sintering temperature is higher, Cooling, can get a better slab rolling performance; sintering billet heat treatment is conducive to improving the rolling performance. Before the material reaches the processing rate of crack initiation, the material is heat treated in a timely manner so as to make the bonding phase fully diffuse to close the crack.
