在英语口语教学中,英语语言只是载体,它是为表达一定的思想服务的。而语言内容的组织才是思维能力的体现。表达内容的不同,组织方式的变化,是多种思维能力的表现。从这一意义上说,只有当我们教师有意识地选择教学活动, 促使学生多种思维能力的综合发展,才能贯彻好在教学中培养学生思维能力的要求。以下就英语口语教学中培养学生思维能力提出一些设想。1.口语材料激起对学生思维能力的挑战口语教学既要有培养语言技能的要求,又要兼顾培养学生思维能力,因此说必须与读和听相结合。没有一定语言材料的输入,学生很难自行设想和讨论有深度的问题。学生在
In oral English teaching, English language is only a carrier, which serves to express certain ideas. The organization of language content is the embodiment of thinking ability. Different content expression, organizational changes, is the performance of a variety of thinking skills. In this sense, only when our teachers consciously choose teaching activities and promote the comprehensive development of students ’multiple thinking ability can we carry out the requirements of cultivating students’ thinking ability in teaching. Here are some ideas for developing students’ thinking ability in Oral English teaching. 1. Oral material arouses the challenge of students’ thinking ability Oral English teaching requires both language skills training, but also take into account the ability to train students thinking, so that must be combined with reading and listening. Without a certain input of language materials, it is very difficult for students to conceive and discuss deep-seated problems on their own. Students are here
