我厂广大革命职工,在厂党委的领导下,高举“鞍钢宪法”的伟大红旗,近几年来,通过科学实验及生产实践使稀土镁球墨铸铁的质量不断提高,应用范围不断扩大,目前8种矿用绞车上的大部分铸钢件已被代用。以我厂的2DPJ—30型耙矿绞车为例,原设计的14种铸钢件,已有10种用稀土镁球墨铸铁代用,其机械性能完全达到了ZG35的标准(见表1)。代用后,每台毛坯重量由628公斤降到480公斤,并减少了大量的加工工时,从而降低了成本,提高了产量,体现了多快好省地建设社会主义总路线的精神,并为今后更好地开展“以铸代
