我厂四段连续式加热炉下均热温度一直上不来,造成钢坯下表面温度低,钢坯的水管黑印长期以来无法解决。采用 Cr28异型耐热滑道,长6.3米,宽300毫米,总高341毫米,每座炉子四根,安放在均热段上。具有钢坯滑动稳定,窄料也不易立起来顶坏炉顶,错开水管黑印,提高烧钢质量等优点。1号加热炉安装的耐热滑道至今已用了八个多月,使用正常,减小了钢坯表面与中心温差,水管黑印显著下降
