多级机站通风系统在我矿一期延深工程的应用中显示出该系统具有压力梯度均匀、风流可控性强、漏风少、有效风量率高、风量调节灵活、节能等特点。矿山决定在二期工程建设中 ,继续采用多级机站通风系统。满足了井下生产的通风要求 ,吨矿通风电耗也由 1991年 (大主扇通风系统 )的 7 5 6kWh下降到 1995年 (一期延深通风系统 )的 2 75kWh及 2 0 0 1年 (二期通风系统 )的 2 37kWh。
The multi-station ventilation system shows that the system has the characteristics of uniform pressure gradient, strong flow controllability, less air leakage, high effective air volume rate, flexible air volume adjustment and energy saving in the application of the first-stage project of mine. Mine decided in the second phase of construction, continue to use multi-station ventilation system. Ventilation requirements for underground production have been met, and the ventilation energy consumption per tonne of mine has also dropped from 756kWh in 1991 (the main fan ventilation system) to 75kWh in 1995 (the first-phase extended ventilation system) and 2001 2 ventilation system) of the 2 37kWh.
