“坚持以社会主义公有制为主体的多种经济成份并存的所有制结构,发挥个体经济、私营经济和其他经济成份对公有制经济的有益的补充作用,并对它们加强正确的管理和引导”。这是十三届七中全会《建议》所概括的建设有中国特色社会主义的一条重要原则。它是我们党在实践中对社会主义所有制问题的创造性发展。坚持这一原则对于建设有中国特色的社会主义,有着十分重要的意义。
“Insist on the coexistence of a variety of economic components with the socialist public ownership as the main body of the ownership structure and give full play to the beneficial supplementary role of the individual economy, the private economy and other economic components to the state-owned economy and strengthen their correct management and guidance.” This is an important principle for building socialism with Chinese characteristics as outlined in the “Proposal” of the 7th Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee. It is our party’s creative development of the socialist ownership in practice. To uphold this principle is of great significance to building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
