近年来我国一些工厂,随着产品批量的增加,对现有的锻件生产方式进行技术改造,利用锻造后的余热进行热处理,组成连续的锻造——热处理及清理等综合生产线。这一生产方式的推广和使用,大大缩短了锻件的生产周期,降低了燃料等消耗,提高了生产效率和产品质量,改善了锻工车间的劳动环境。在大批量生产的工厂,这是一条较为合理的锻件生产方式。
In recent years, some factories in our country, with the increase of product batch, make technical transformation to the existing production methods of forgings and utilize the heat treatment after forging to form a comprehensive production line of continuous forging, heat treatment and cleaning. The promotion and use of this mode of production have greatly shortened the production cycle of forgings, reduced the consumption of fuels, improved the production efficiency and product quality, and improved the working environment in forging workshops. In a high-volume production plant, this is a more reasonable way of forging production.
