随着对外开放、技术引进的开展和产品质量的提高。人们对产品装饰性能的要求也越来越高,原来那种认为矿山机械,工程机械等产品对涂漆质量要求不高的观点也在逐步改变,许多工厂新建或改建了油漆车间。众所周知,矿山机械、工程机械在其生产厂的产量都是比较小的,一般只有几百台,至多一千台左右。而它们的一些零部件的重量和外形尺寸都是比较大的,其形状差别也很大,如挖掘机上的动臂、斗杆、车架、平台;推土机上的拱形架、车架、护板、铲刀体;装载机上的动臂、铲斗、车架等。怎样合理选择这类工件的涂漆工艺,尤其是怎样解决喷漆时的“翻身”问题,是近年来油漆车间工艺设计中遇到的一大难题,现就这一问题谈一点粗浅看法,供同行参考。
