也许读者还记得邱维骥老师发表在本刊2002年第7期的文章《对日皇裕仁8.14〈诏书〉流行评述的质疑》,那是邱老师公开质疑有关日本投降流行观点的开始,之后他又将积多年一心血研究所得陆续整理成文公诸世人。正当纪念抗战胜利60周年之际,本刊2005年第7期又发表了邱老师《抗战胜利钟声在“八一五”7时正点敲响》,这篇文章再次以强有力的证据颠覆了“日本有条件投降说”,在国内外学术界引起了很大震动,人民网、新浪网、世纪中国网、《春城晚报》、《新民晚报》、《时代信报》、《深圳商报》、918爱国网、网易、学术交流网等媒体对此纷纷予以报道,网民朋友则到处转贴广而告之。值得一提的是,邱老师的观点还深深吸引了一位青年学子、正在新加坡留学的李恒先生。李恒先生为了给邱老师的观点提供更多有力的证据,千方百计搜集了大量中文资料和外文资料提供给邱老师,同时他还与邱老师多次交流沟通、共同完成了刊登在下面的这篇文章。令人敬佩的是,邱老师已年过七旬,而且多年抱病在身,经常卧床难起,然而他始终没有放弃对抗战史的研究,为此本刊编辑多次劝他以身体为重,可他还是忍不住。他的执著,或许与自己的苦难经历有关。他3岁时就看到了日本飞机轰炸昆明,他的家被炸毁了,后随父去滇西,亲眼见到了抗日远征军,也目睹了日军由缅甸打入滇西的情景,之后又与父亲被迫回到昆明,幼小的心灵里早就埋下了对日寇的仇恨,所以上小学时他就和同学们抬着小凳子上街宣传抗日。如今抗战胜利已经过去几十年了,但对于1958年毕业于云南师范大学历史系并先后在澜沧中学、思茅二中长期教历史的邱维骥老师来说,却难以心安理得地疗病养身,他发现至今关于日本投降的许多说法竟是与历史事实格格不入的,一个中国人的责任感和历史教师的职业理想使他无法太多估计身体,于是尽管退休多年且体弱多病,但纠正谬误的工作却始终没有中辍。这就是邱维骥,一个普普通通的中国历史教师,他肩上担负的却是还历史真相的神圣使命,他所坚定地守望的其实正是每一个中国人都应该用心和行动守望的,正如身在海外的青年掌子李恒那样。
