马尾松成龄优树材料由于受到母树生理年龄的强度影响，其萌条应用的途径与范围一直受到限制。经多年的生产实践证明，对成年优树萌条的生产与应用，仍不失为目前马尾松良种繁育与生产中一项富有成效，且具推广应用价值的适应技术。本文对马尾松成年优树不同促萌作业方式与时间的萌条产量、质量及其萌条应用技术进行了详细分析与阐述，试验结果表明：不同作业方式与作业时间，其母树苗条产量与质量差异显著；同时萌条在生产中可得到较为广泛的应用，且经济效益显著。
