郁金香专家系统(TCES)应用系统工程的原理和知识工程的方法手段,在郁金香专家多年来从事郁金香栽培管理科研工作积累的成果、知识和经验基础上,结合全面的生产和市场需求动态调查,进行全方位的资料收集,采取先进的计算机人工智能技术和专家系统建造技术进行系统集成,开发各种栽培管理功能模块,建立标准化的郁金香栽培管理应用系统。本系统利用国家农业信息化工程技术研究中心开发的PAID2.2农业专家系统开发平台,主要进行郁金香专家系统知识库的构建。
