针对采用热电偶耙移位测量环形燃烧室出口温度场 ,指出了因近壁处没有测点给温度场测量结果整理带来的问题 ,分析了主要影响因素 ,介绍了修正思路 ,并针对带气膜冷却形式燃烧室发展了半经验半分析计算方法。计算和比较表明 :整理温度场试验数据时需对壁面冷却空气的影响进行修正。本文方法用于环形燃烧室出口温度场试验数据整理
Aiming at the temperature field at the exit of annular combustor measured by the thermocouple shift target, the problems caused by the measurement results of the temperature field due to the absence of measuring points near the wall are pointed out. The main influencing factors are analyzed and the corrective ideas are introduced. Semi-analytical and semi-analytical methods have been developed for the membrane-cooled combustion chamber. Calculations and comparisons show that it is necessary to correct the influence of wall cooling air when finishing the temperature field test data. The method of this paper is used to test the data of temperature field at the exit of annular combustor
