《四川省〈中华人民共和国档案法〉实施办法》已由四川省第八届人大常委会第二十四次会议于１９９６年１２月２４日审议通过，这是四川省第一部地方档案法规。１９９７年１月２０日，四川省人大、省政府在成都联合举行新闻发布会，就《实施办法》的贯彻施行作了统一部署。该《实施办法》共六款四十四条，本刊将其中与《档案法》相同或基本一样的内容删节后予以刊登，供各地参考借鉴。
The Measures for the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China in Sichuan Province were reviewed and approved by the 24th meeting of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee of Sichuan Province on December 24, 1996, which is the first local archival code in Sichuan Province.
