《生活饮用水标准检验方法无机非金属指标》(GB/T5750.5-2006)中采用氟试剂分光光度法测定氟化物,该方法操作简便且灵敏度和准确度均较好,但试剂使用量大,尤其是有机溶剂消耗量过大,而测定时使用溶液不足5%,大量测定溶液白白倒掉,既造成了经济上的浪费,也会污染环境。本文将常量法改为微量法,与国标法做了比对试验观察,结果满意。
