采用了 X 光光学显微镜、扫描电镜和超高压透射电镜等方法研究了β稳定元素铌和稀土元素钇对 Ti_3Al 基合金显微组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明:添加铌可细化 Ti_3Al 基合金的显微组织和反相畴。在 Ti_3Al-21Nb 合金中添加少量钇使晶粒更加细化,这对改善 Ti_sAl 基合金的塑性起一定作用,特别是可使 700~800℃的高温机械性能与强度和塑性结合得很好。
The effects of β-stable element niobium and rare earth element yttrium on the microstructure and properties of Ti 3 Al-based alloys were investigated by X-ray light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and ultrahigh voltage transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the addition of niobium can refine the microstructure and reverse domain of Ti_3Al-based alloy. The addition of a small amount of yttrium to the Ti_3Al-21Nb alloy makes the grains more refined, which plays a role in improving the plasticity of the Ti-Al-based alloy. In particular, high temperature mechanical properties of 700-800 ° C can be combined well with strength and plasticity.
