准备活动(赛前热身运动)的必要性已为广大运动员所接受。既使是在星期天早晨进行的一场非正式球赛之前,队员们也习惯各自装模作样地慢跑几步,弯弯腰,用手触触脚尖。他至少在理论上已认识到肌肉的伸展和活动将使他避免在训练或比赛中受伤。
The need to prepare for the event (warm up before the game) has been accepted by the majority of athletes. Even before an informal ball game on Sunday morning, players were accustomed to jogging their steps modestly, bending over and touching their toes with their hands. He has at least theoretically realized that muscle extension and activity will keep him from being injured in training or competition.
