本文应用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定大蒜和大蒜制品中１９种元素，试验了试样分解方法，校正了元素间的光谱干扰，测定样品中１９种元素，其结果令人满意。
In this paper, 19 kinds of elements in garlic and garlic products were determined by ICP-AES, the method of sample decomposition was tested, the spectral interference between elements was corrected, and the determination of 19 elements in the sample was satisfactory.
