目的 观察热疗在非小细胞性肺癌三维适形放射治疗中的作用。方法将非小细胞肺癌89例随机分成两组,单纯放疗组43例,热放疗组(热疗+放疗)46例,放疗采用采用三维适形治疗(3D-CRT)方案,热疗应用V icousMTC-3D体外微波肿瘤深部热疗机治疗。结束后进行近期疗效、临床症状改善情况及毒副反应的评价。结果放疗加热疗组有效率明显高于单纯放疗组(P<0.05)。结论放疗联合热疗治疗优于单纯放射治疗,可缓解临床症状,且不增加副反应,可以提高局部控制率,从而延长生存期。
Objective To observe the effect of hyperthermia in three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 89 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups: 43 cases in radiotherapy group, 46 cases in radiotherapy group (hyperthermia + radiotherapy), 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) -3D in vitro microwave tumor deep hyperthermia treatment. After the end of the short-term efficacy, clinical symptoms and side effects of the evaluation. Results Radiotherapy plus heat therapy group was significantly higher than the simple radiotherapy group (P <0.05). Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia treatment is superior to radiotherapy alone, and can relieve clinical symptoms without increasing side effects, which can improve the local control rate and prolong the survival period.
